Young at Heart is a celebration of women in midlife. An immersive exhibition revelling in the greys, the hormones, the mess, and the magic. Created alongside the artist’s mother and inspired by interviews and anonymous survey responses from women navigating this season of life, the exhibition explores identity, confidence, and the reclamation of self-worth as bodies change, roles evolve, and new versions of ourselves emerge.
Through painting, mixed media, and installation, Young at Heart creates space for conversations that are often overlooked, reminding women that their story is still unfolding. Doubling as a fundraiser, the exhibition proudly supports the Butterfly Foundation, raising awareness and funds for eating disorders in middle-aged women. By bringing these conversations into a creative and community setting, Young at Heart aims to foster connection, understanding, and greater visibility for an often under-recognised experience.
VIP Admission offers a more intimate exhibition experience, including exclusive early access from 5:00pm, a guided tour with the artist, complimentary refreshments and drinks, and an opportunity to ask questions and hear firsthand about the stories and experiences that shaped Young at Heart before the public opening.
Please note: This exhibition will run until 9 August, during standard Box Office hours and during performance times for Diamond. Tickets on this page are only for the opening event on Wednesday, 5 August.
