- Write down the relevant details on a ticket entry at The Q during the Frozen production by Free-Rain Theatre Company.
- Go in the running to win a family pass to Mario the Maker Magician or The Quizzical Mr Jeff.
Terms & Conditions
PROMOTER
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (ABN: 95 933 070 982)
ELIGIBILITY
a. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) only.
b. The start and end date of this will determine entry duration.
c. Employees of QPRC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
d. Entries must not contain any unlawful, misleading, or defamatory material.
COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition period will commence at 12:00 pm on 16 September 2026 and close at 11.59 pm on 27 September 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
HOW TO ENTER
a. To enter, participants must:
– Write down the relevant details on a ticket entry at The Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre during the production of Disney’s Frozen by Free-Rain Theatre Company.
– Entrants must come into The Q to enter a ticket entry.
– Entrant’s must record accurate and legible details on the ticket including; Name, contact number and email address.
– Entrants must leave the ticket inside the designated box to go in the draw.
JUDGING
a. The winning entrant will be randomly selected.
– Tickets will be randomly selected and two tickets will be drawn (one ticket for Mario the Maker Magician and one ticket for The Quizzical Mr Jeff) by a member of staff from The Q.
b. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE
a. The prize consists of one family pass to Mario the Maker Magician and one family pass to The Quizzical Mr Jeff.
b. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
c. If no eligible entries are received during the competition period, the Promoter will transfer the prize to a future promotion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
a. The winner will be notified via direct message to the phone number and email address provided on the ticket entry within 7 business days of the competition closing date.
b. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, QPRC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
USE OF ENTRIES
a. By entering the competition, entrants grant QPRC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish and display the entry for promotional or marketing purposes, including on social media, websites and printed materials.
b. Entrants acknowledge and agree that QPRC may use the name for publicity purposes without further compensation.
PRIVACY
a. Personal information collected through this competition will be handled in accordance with QPRC’s Privacy Policy.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
a. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
