Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are the perfect present to share your love of the theatre with friends, family and work colleagues.  Treat them to a great night out any time of the year. 

Certificates are available in various denominations, from $20 to $120. They can be purchased online here. 

Redemption 

To redeem drop in to the Box Office during business hours (Monday – Friday 10am to 4pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm), call on (02) 6285 6290 or redeem them online. 

They are valid for three years from date of purchase, and can only be redeemed for tickets to shows. They cannot be exchanged for money.  A transaction fee of $4 will apply for bookings made over the phone or online. 

Ticket Terms and Conditions

This ticket has been sold or issued by The Q on behalf of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council.

The sale is subject to the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice and the following conditions apply:

• There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases except as provided for under the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
• The Venue and/or Entrepreneur and/or its agent reserve the right to refuse admission under the venue’s Terms of Admission.
• Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
• The use of cameras, audio and video recorders is not permitted and mobile phones and alarms must be turned off prior to entering the venue.
• If a performance is cancelled due to a natural disaster, adverse weather or for any other cause reasonable beyond the agent’s control, there is no guarantee of refund or exchange and The Q  is under no obligation to arrange a substitute event or performance.
