Australia’s Leading Lady, Marina Prior and The Canberra Wind Symphony will perform an inaugural concert under the stars at Mona Farm. Mona Farm is an historic Estate in the Southern Tablelands of regional NSW. Ideal for this event, come and enjoy its unique location offering high-end accommodation, heritage gardens, abundant wildlife and a significant collection of sculptures and art.
Marina Prior is regarded as Australia’s leading lady of musical theatre. She is best known for her lead role in The Phantom of the Opera. She has also performed with international stars including Richard Harris and Jose Carreras. Well known for her Carols by Candlelight performance each year, Marina was inducted into Australia’s 100 Entertainers of the Century in 2006.
Marina will be accompanied by The Canberra Wind Symphony and renowned pianist David Cameron, in a two hour performance. Marina will be singing a selection of her favourite songs. A fireworks finale will round off the performance, with Gold ticket holders retiring to the Woolshed for dessert, sparkling wine and a meet and greet with Marina and the Orchestra.
Ticketing for this event is general admission with three separate areas for seating, bring your own chair or rug seating, and VIP (Gold and Silver packages) options, which includes the opportunity to have a private tour of the grounds and artwork and a meet and greet with Marina and the Canberra Wind Symphony.
Catering will include pre-purchased gourmet picnic hampers and a range of on-site food trucks, with wine, beer, sparkling, soft drink and water. No food or alcohol allowed to be brought onto the premises.
